It's true -- the carpet is not crunchy and looks clean. It's only been 1 day and I'll be watching to make sure no spot re-emerge but so far, so good. Thank you ZEROREZ.
My expectation was that the Zerorez process did not leave the carpets crusty. However, I found that this is not the case. The service by the tech was excellent.

I am always very pleased with the services I receive from ZeroRez, and have recommended you to everyone I know who asks about carpet or furniture cleaning. I have no experience (yet) with your tile cleaning service, but may use it later this year. My tile is really not that bad, it's the grout that needs attention, but when I asked about this last year of one of your service reps, he said he didn't know if I would be completely satisfied if I was just looking at the grout problem. We'll think about that later.
The techs are always professional, clean and polite, and my carpet always STAYS cleaner for longer than any other service I've ever used.
The home is vacant and yesterday was the first day that I was able to see the carpet since the cleaning and I was rather disappointed to see urine and other several other stains still present. I would like to see Zerorez go back out and redo the cleaning.
The carpets are not sticky or stiff after cleaning. Just would like to be able to see if water is clean and no longer dirty during cleaning process, but the opaque blue hose won't let anyone see if rug is completely clean.

I had an appointment scheduled for weeks in advance, the technician showed up early (before appointment window), called me and told me he would come back after another appointment. I never heard back, then called in to find out you guys cancelled my appointment. Typically this would not be a major inconvenience, however I took possession of my new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before the furniture was moved in. I was rescheduled for the next day which meant I had to move all the furniture into the house then back out tonhave the carpets cleaned. I don’t feel I was fairly taken care of, a 25 dollar credit is not fair compensation for the amount of work and inconvenience this caused me. I was also turned off from the resistance to offer the credit and from the customer service manager to not take responsibility for the scheduling error.
On a positive note, the technician, David was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have a passion for his work, he went above and beyond in explaining the procedure of cleaning and future carpet care. He seemed to care about the business as if he was the owner, if I do decide to continue using zerorez it will solely be because of the technician.
If you want to make things right I think something more in the lines of a 100.00-150.00 dollar credit is due.
I've had my carpets cleaned before and they looked clean. Unfortunately, that was not the case when your company cleaned my carpets. The high traffic areas in my bedroom, my son's room and the spare bedroom look just as dirty as they did before I paid the $150 to be cleaned. I have always used Stanley Steemer and although their price is slightly higher it is now very clear that it is because they truly clean your carpets. I was extremely disappointed. I will add that my husband who was home when the carpets were cleaned was very complimentary of the techs that came to the house. They were very professional.
