The professional and friendly service tech, the cleaning process, no harsh chemicals and the results. Carpet and sofa that is soft and clean. We had scheduled to have our sofa cleaned, once Mike arrived we discussed our carpet and tiile, he explained the Zeroez process. We purchased a personal carpet steamer to clean our carpet, who knew that though we thought we were cleaning the carpet, we were not getting a deep clean. Our Carpet and tile hasn't looked this good in years.

The service was exceptional, they came 30mins before the scheduled window which wouldn’t have been a problem if I didn’t have to get my kids from school but they where very understanding and waited for me to return. I loved the fact that the guy who came to my place(forgot his name) was not trying to BS me or up sell me on anything but explained all the charges and services. He did what I asked and the job was done correctly and professionally.

We paid extra money for treatment for a couple urine spots from our dog in one area, we never had a stain but could smell the odor. Odor is still there, paid $314 for nothing, will never call you guys again, and will be writing a review.

Arrive during prescribed window. Techs were apologetic about the situation, but still late.

The tech was very thorough and very knowledgeable, and I have no issue with him. However, he was very sure that he would be able to get all the pet smells out of the carpet. In fact, he said he has never had anyone continue to smell pet urine after deep cleaning and deodorizing. I spent $340 on gallons of cleaner and deodorizing and deep suction cleaning. Am I the first one ever that can still smell this after a full treatment? The tech was very careful to tell me that there is no guarantee, but it has been over 24 hours now and the carpet is still wet and I am smelling pet urine.
The technician is always a professional and personable human. Antonia was very sweet, very professional, and very thorough. We were very happy with the results, and the service.
