I love that the company calls to give you a window of when they will be there 2 days before your scheduled appointment. Then on the day of the appointment they call and tell you how soon they will be arriving.

Very professional great job my carpets look great!
We had to go to work and were unable to be here during the carpet cleaning; we had our 90 year old mother present to let the serviceman in. We pre-moved everything so he wouldn't have to do anything. As a test of how things would be completed we purposely left a pair of sandals in one room and a penny in a specific place in another. Upon return in the evening the penny remained at the exact place we left it and the sandals near the living room wall were not moved, indicating that the areas were gone around. As for how clean the carpets look, we are not satisfied, as what we received does not live up to your advertisements. I haven't had time to leave a Google review as of yet, but would not recommend the service based upon the experience thus far. On a positive note, our mother indicated the man, who serviced the carpets was friendly.

To pricey
I had the couch cleaned and it didn't seem all that much cleaner. i'm sure it took out dirt and grime, but still had that "couch" odor.
