We had a great experience with Zerorez. Our tech Joel was great. The carpet looks wonderful and the Loveseat and Sofa looks brand new.

I think maybe the white couch just cant be completely cleaned Still had dirty area on front of cushions

Jeff always does such a great job. Was thinking the carpet is going to have to be replaced soon but he got it super clean and despite some worn areas it looks GREAT. Its soft and clean like it always is when he gets done. Awesome job!!

I had my grout, area rug, couch and ottoman cleaned by Zerorez. When he was finished, I couldn't believe that it didn't look cleaner, but I gave the cleaner the benefit of the doubt that it just wouldn't get any cleaner. After a few days, I decided to have the company I have always gotten to come out and see if they could get the area rug any cleaner. (the only reason I didn't have this company in the first place was because I didn't think they did upholstery.) As always before, the rug is very clean, and I'm so satisfied with it after that company cleaned it. I will never have any company but that one. They proved they are better than Zerorez.

I was not so impressed with the result. But how could I be when the rep maybe took and hour from start to finish of three rooms a hall way and stairs. I paid 300 for maybe an hours work???

I clean my carpet with a little carpet shampooer and get the same results. Granted, it breaks my back and takes all day, but I get the same results. Yes, our carpet is old, but as we save for new carpet, we try to keep clean what we have.
I am a firm believer that in order to clean, you must have soap. It breaks down grease and grime. I use a natural citrus base cleaner.
Let me tell you about the rep. Eric is a fine young man. He was polite, courteous, he fit right in to the household. Our nice dog took to him right away. Eric gently reminded me that the carpet is old. I know. He did the very best he could. He can sell the company and create trust with customers.

Zerorez technician Kyle was professional and answered questions I had concerning my carpet. The cleaning process was thorough and really improved the appearance of my carpet! The solution had a pleasant and fresh scent to it. I am a customer for life.

there is a big spot that appeared after your people were done. I was asked if I spilled bleach. If that spot was there before he started he would have noticed it. I was told there was nothing that he could do about it.It was not there when he showed up to clean my carpets

The equipment broke and they couldn't finish the job. Dispatch couldn't accommodate time schedule so will probably two months before I can get the job finished or have to go to someone else.
