Carpets didn’t come out that clean. Expected much better results. If I would of known I would of just replaced them but honestly they still look serviceable.

The treatment of my carpets have been outstanding. Your technicians have worked with some difficult dark spots. The spots are removed and stay gone for around 2 months.

Free room cleaning
We enjoy the look and feel of our carpet being clean again because of the great job Zerorez does to get it that way. We may have only used Zerorez twice now, we always knew who we were going to call when it was going to get done. We will use them again.
Pricing is a little high and my carpet was “crunchy” afterwards. I really did not notice much a difference between Zerorez and my other guy. However, the service was outstanding and the techs were super quick and very polite.

You cleaned a large area rug and when I saw a problem with the cleaning you replied and some one to take care of it.

Zerorez did an amazing job on my carpets. I had another company come out to clean and they left behind a very bad odor in the room and did not fix the problem before they left. To say the least my house smelled awful after they left. Zerorez let me know exactly what I would need to do to fix the problem and took care of it immediately. They used several different machines and lots of product to get the odor out and the room smelled amazing. In fact the other rooms of carpet that had debris left behind from the other carpet cleaning service was all cleaned up. My carpets smelling amazing and feel great. Would definitely use again.

The tech (Austin?) was on time and did a great, thorough job. No hard sell, no up-sale. Explained all the options, allowed me to decide. Did everything that was asked for and left me with a clean feeling and smelling carpet. Love it!
The tech was professional. And I love that you leave shoe covers for the customer afterwards. It is one of the main reasons I use your company. It really is the little things that count!

I was very pleased with the out come. My carpet is over 10 years old, and was pretty soiled from the last carpet cleaning which was 5 months ago, when it dried the stain/spots were still there. Your guy did a very good job, he explained the same things the the previous company did, but your product worked, and I am very happy

I unfortunately was not home when my carpet was cleaned and feel I was grossly over charged. In my scheduling I had requested the 3 room special for $149.
The only room that was cleaned was the living room which the tech considered as 2 rooms.
My master bedroom was not cleaned. The only room that were cleaned was the hallway and living room.
I have a very small house. 1500 square feet total. Having the living room and hallway only cleaned and considered as 3 rooms was very disappointing for the amount I paid.
Not satisfied at all.
The technician, Devarr, did a great job and removed all the stains on the carpet.
