Prompt, efficient, thorough, Matt was super!

I don’t believe the cleaning did anything at all for my floor. I don’t want to say it’s the guys fault who did the work but it honestly looks the same as before. The grout is brown, grey, white and black still. I assumed that the grout would be scrubbed with a brush but that wasn’t done. I honestly would just like a refund. The floor looks exactly the same as before.

The carpet looks cleaner than after any other company has cleaned it. Your employee (Chris) told us what to expect and asked if we had any questions. He said that in the unlikely event that an area wasn’t cleaned to our expectations, he would come back and clean that area again.

Someone got the wrong phone number and I was not getting the messages from the company and my appointment was cancelled. When I discovered this they did end up sending out a very nice man who did a good job. But my phone experiences and not getting the messages of when they were coming led me to almost cancel if my furniture had not already been move I would have - I had to contact you and they swore they had left a message. They did not try to confirm my phone number at that point which would have saved me some upsetting news

Reduce prices. The work was acceptable, but nothing exceptional that warrents being twice the price of local competition. However, the cleaning guy that came out was on time and professional.

Well understand that we asked that my sofa and chair be cleaned. The next day my son who highly recommend me to you, saw that there was still hair and dust and dirt the both items creves. He had to spend additional 30 min using his shop vaccum on them. Needless to say he was not happy especially that he recommend me to you. I paid over $500 so I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed. I told the tech he was fast but me not knowing how this all worked assumed it was standard. He was nice enough and courteous but sorry it wasn't enough.

The technician missed a 4 x 5 spot where a table was, there wasn't a table there when he
did the cleaning, They had to come back to do the spot he missed.

Get all the way up to the baseboards. Your process leaves about 1 inch of grout along the edges untouched .

I was able to book my appointment on line for the time I wanted. The two follow up calls were gentle reminders of the upcoming appointment. The technician Kyle was on time and efficient. I like how clean my carpets are when the job is done. And they stay clean longer than any other company I've used i the past. They're no additional mess with dirty water to dispose of and other cleaning apparatus. Zerorez is my go to carpet cleaners.

Quick dry time

The carpet was very clean, the technician was exceptionally nice and the results were very good. It's hard to believe they don't use chemicals.
