No crunchy carpet - nice and clean, friendly technician
The carpets came out really nice.
I loved the results of the carpet cleaning and the sofa cleaning. The gentlemen came on time introduced himself. He went to work told me about how it all works. He was very efficient and pleasant. I will definitely call your Zerorez again.

Normally I usually clean my carpets myself, but this time we decided to have them professionally cleaned. The representative was very professional and courteous. Once the carpets dried, They looked as clean as they do if I do them, just without the work.
Overall, there really isn't much you can do to do better because I have nothing to compare your service against except me.
I was impressed with what a good job the tech did on our carpet and cleaning our chairs. We had a huge place on white carpet, that my husband's recliner, left black shavings on the carpet, from the mechanism on the recliner, and I didn't think that would ever come out. But he got every bit of it out. I was shocked!! He was fast, and the carpet dried quickly. He said about 4 hours and it was dried before that. The chairs dried in just a couple of hours. I will use Zerorez again. The price was fair also.
The men, Peter and Vincent were very nice and the carpets did look great but the corner guards they put up on the stairway were too short to protect the walls so the paint got scuffed. Now I get to repaint. Not too happy about that.
I wonder if they'd have put those foam pads under the furniture legs if I hadn't asked Vincent for them.
This was a smaller issue but you might tell customers that it takes a day for carpets to dry completely, even with fans going so I didn't have time to replace furniture before my partner returned home.

Our carpets are still matted together (probably from foot oils) and don't seem much cleaner than they were before. We knew Zerores's prices were pretty high but wanted to try it out because of the claim that there would be very little residue left in the carpets and the products would be gentle on our skin. We are disappointed that we spent so much money and the carpets didn't get clean. Our carpet is only 1 year old and we take care of it by vacuuming at least once a week. We didn't have any stains or noticeable dirty spots on the carpet either; we just wanted to have the carpet unmatted from the skin oils that come from walking on them and are disappointed that this didn't happen. On a more positive note, the person who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and considerate and we were pleased with his customer service skills.
Your adds are totally misleading. I feel you use a bait and switch business. No way to get only what you advise. I paid $450 and you want another?250 for a small rug that only cost $210 new. TOTAL RIP OFF

Our technician was great. Very thorough and the result was fabulous. The only thing I didn't love is feedback more for your corporate sales team: the attempted upsell to do the flooding of the carpet padding to remove any residual pet odors was a bit much (and a bit pricey.) We said no and am perfectly happy we did but no need to start throwing around language about the danger of bacteria growing, how that can be harmful to children, etc. I am a marketing director. I understand the importance of trying to sell additional services. But the pitch you give your techs is a bit over the top.
Mike did any incredible job explaining and servicing our business! It's looks and smells so clean, and that's something, since we are basically a basketball gym with a lot of dirty/smelly feet! Thanks you very much!
