The guy showed up in reasonable time, he was polite, friendly , work areas keep clean, worked hard on the cleaning process. He took pride in his work. Took few minutes to talk. He did sell me an additional feature, sounded good to add this final touch for $75.00. Oops his machine broke down before he could add this feature. His supervisor came 40 minutes latter and finished the added feature. (To make carpet soft and stain resistance . ) However I did not find this was necessary, it seemed to make carpet stiff.

The carpets did look pretty good afterwards, but however I only used you because of the 3 room deal you had going on. without that there would be no way, the prices are outrageous

The price I was quoted did not change. There were no hidden fees. Everything was explained before any work was started. The the technician was very polite and took time to explain every step to me.

Carpet just wasn't clean

Things were very easy to schedule. Communication was prompt and efficient. Our technician was on time and polite and professional. The job was done extremely well and my tile looks brand new!

The carpet dries quickly and smells wonderful. The tile looks clean . The traffic areas on my carpet stay clean longer. The whole company is easy to deal with..all very pleasant and professional

You did a great job but once the job was completed, I wasn't told about your first responder discount until minutes after I paid in full. I spent $400 dollars cleaning 2 homes of carpet. Do you really offer that discount or don't advertise it and hope nobody knows about it. Doesn't seen too ethical to me. Thanks!

No odor, dries fast, clean feeling.

I want only senior technicians and expect that when I request a specific tech it could be honored. That being said, i was very happy with who you sent this time. I will cancel using you in future if I am not assured a senior. Two years ago you sent Kyle and I was very unhappy.

When the carpet dried almost all the stains came back.
Have no idea. upholstry came out very good but both areas that were stained came back almost as bad.

Kyle did a nice job. Carpets look like new! He worked in a timely manner.
