I just love the way the carpet looks after being cleaned. I had another cleaner years ago and the carpet did not look any cleaner than before he had come.
The service was very professional, and my carpets look as good as new.
Our technitian, Joseph, was very courteous, knowledable, helpful and did a great job.

No chemicals
We live in a motorcoach. Although the tech was personable , he did not clean a couple areas that I had asked him.to...For instance,
I am certain he did not do the bed platform as the rest of the bedroom carpeting was extremely wet when he left and the platform (which is carpet ) was completely dry. I had also asked him to do our entrance mat in front of the coach seats; he forgot to do that also. He had already put away his supplies without double checking that he had done all the areas requested. He did offer to do it at that point, I felt a little guilty Having him come back in to clean this. But after he left I was kind of ticked that that had also gotten cleaned. We have so little carpet that needs done in the motorhome — i’m quite sure that could have been clean for the original quoted price. He gave us “ free “carpet protection as he put it- But I feel my money would’ve been better spent if you had just cleaned the areas I had requested.
Very pleased with the service received from my first contact with service rep Cynthia who answered all my questions about the product, service, pricing and set up my appointment to service technician Troy who was prompt, friendly, efficient, and did an excellent cleaning of my carpets. This was my second time to use Zerorez and I would definitely use them again. They come when they say they will, they charge what they initially tell you on the phone and both times I have had very courteous and efficient cleaners. No additional sales pitch from the cleaner. I was told at the beginning apporoximately how long the carpet will take to dry and they were correct.
Service techs are clean-cut, personable, and knowledgeable. Online scheduling is great.

What I like most is that my carpet looks like new after your service. I have a very light off white carpet so that is a big kudos to you. Also, the carpet dries pretty quickly.
We have used Zerorez for many years and are always happy with the result. After learning that they do not use soap which will leave a residue I called right away and am very glad they are around doing cleaning the way they do.

Zerorez has great communication, great service and, best of all, my carpets are clean! I like the amount of pre-service communication, the fact that I have a really good idea of when your techs will arrive at my home, how long the service will take and how much it will cost. Your techs were on-time, hard-working and respectful. My carpets dry quickly and stay clear for a decent amount of time considering that I have four animals. This was my fourth cleaning with Zerorez and I remain a happy customer.

We got the 3 bedroom plus pet treatment... paid $300 and our carpets ended up sticky and the pet smell was still left behind. Extremely upset with the outcome. We can’t even walk barefoot because the feeling is gross. We have a newborn so we were really hoping on getting clean carpets and ended regretting wasting so much money. We would really like to have them redone or a refund if that is even possible.
