I had my tile and grout cleaned. The technician was great very respectful friendly and knowledgeable but some areas need some extra attention but not sure the machines are capable, but great experience overall.

The carpet technician, Ray, was very thorough and often asked me if everything was to my satisfaction or if I had any concerns or requests. He arrived earlier than scheduled but his arrival was preceded by a phone call from the office to make sure I was okay with that. He extracted the water completely so drying time was just 3-4 hours and shorter in well ventilated areas. Excellent job! BTW, the carpeting is about 14 years old but he was able to get it clean.

Carpets clean and fresh

The job was very professionally done and my carpets look great. I was surprised to find the cost was more than the estimate I received when i booked the service. Closets and bathrooms are not considered part of the master suite. Two rooms were over the 250 square feet max so they cost more.

I think you over sell the product it's just another Carpet Cleaning Service

They did a great job. In the past when I’ve used other places they’ve used high pressure sales techniques to up sell stain removers. When you don’t buy, they prove their point by leaving the carpet a little dirty. This place didn’t do that. They were recommended by a friend who uses them for rental properties. They called ahead and showed up early. They offered extra products, but no pressure at all. The carpet looks new again. All the people you talk to when you call are friendly and professional. Thank you

We had 2 White area rugs that have been rolled up in storage for 2 years. After zerorez cleaned them they look almost brand new

The carpet on our stairs was really dirty, and we can't believe they got all of the dirt out! It looks like a new carpet! Of course, they did an excellent job on everything else too.
