The young man who came to my house was courteous and did a great job in getting spots out of the carpet. I have used Zerorez before and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs there service.

I paid to have a protectant put on my stairs after cleaning. Through no fault of the technicians who were very nice, the sprayer broke down. They applied the protectant using a spray bottle. It did not appear that that worked very well at all.

The cleanliness and the fact that they leave no soapy residue. Additionally, they are environmentally friendly and dry in far less time than the old fashioned way of carpet shampooer cleaning.

The professionalism was superb. He did a great job explaining the process and why your brand is different. He did a great job on our tile and grout.

The cleaning went well the tech arrived on time and was very friendly. I am disappointed that several spots didn’t come up (it doesn’t appear they were pretreated) and I thought the high traffic areas didn’t get cleaned as well as I had hoped. I do recommend that you inform customers to remove the stuff from under the stairs in advance. The over spray from the equipment soaked everything under my stairs and I had to ask the tech to dry the tile floor as he was walking out. Also the stairs and the landing were extremely wet. It took nearly 4 days for them dry completely even with a fan blowing on them for 2 days. There was also a musty smell for several days in the house when I had hoped it would smell fresh and clean.

Very good customer service from Hayden. He explained all of the process with excellent follow-through. His fellow employee, Junior was also an excellent employee.

The employee that cleaned our carpet was very professional, thorough, and polite. He did an excellent job with the cleaning. The carpets looked and felt wonderful afterwards.

I decided to ask about cleaning my smaller area rugs also while he was here. I have never had a wool area rug cleaned so I was apprehensive to do both of my wool area rugs. I decided to be conservative and only chose one rug to see how it turned out. Steve did a great job on the wool area rug and it looks new again. Now I am sorry that I didn't have him do my hallway runner at the same time for an additional $48 :(

I understand that the minimum charge is $84, so I will have to wait until more items need to be clean. I will call your company again when that time comes.

I would give Peter a 10 for his experience and work ethic, his new trainee a 10 for his manners and a good future with your company.
The carpet is almost dry as of Saturday am, however the urine smell is still present in two areas. The carpet looks pretty good as far as stains. The carpet is just 5 yrs old not 14 yrs. as noted.
The cost for cleaning was very high and we could not really afford to go into debt, however we felt if the carpet could be revived it would protect our investment. We were displeased with the cost for cleaning the living dining area and then charged additional cost for the hallway. I was told the cost would be a special for $135 for 250 sq. ft. and extra for removal of the urine which Peter said it would take at least 3 of the jugs of your solution. After a demo I could see it working. I feel the 2 areas should be gone over with more of your regular cleaning solution or whatever is necessary in order to remove the smell. In reading the invoice the chemical cost was too high.We would like a follow up visit in order to have satisfaction and recommend your company to others. My carpets are impeccably clean and no residue or soap. Tech was awesome and explained the whole process. I will definitely use your services again.

I love that the fabrics (I had my couch cleaned this time, but have had my carpets done in the past...which I no longer have) aren't crunchy, they don't feel sticky, no residue, and they smell fresh and clean. My sofa had not been cleaned for over 15 years and it has been through 3 dogs, a cat, and multiple people. My service guy got it so clean it looks like I just bought it!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Zerorez for many years and I will continue to use them in the future.

Stains on tile after treatment. Also, grout destroyed after treatment. Techno giant claimed our grout was “soft”. Not impressed.
