I was very happy with the service and how the cleaning made my 2 year old carpet like and feel like new. Plan to have you come back and dry clean a chair soon. They kept me posted on arrival time and were prompt. My thanks to Pete and Manuel.
The nasty/old looking carpet in our rental was not good at all, you made it look a lot better!!
The team was late and we had to call for an update. The customer should have been notified first.
Also, the team should be wearing booties. Walking on carpet that is wet with dirty shoes from outside is not my idea of clean.
The technician was fine and my carpets are clean. However, there was quite a bit of water on the tile floors, the smell from the machine was terrible when they brought it in the house and the smell after the carpet was done was terrible.

My carpet was crunchy after drying in several spots, I believe advertisement says you won’t leave carpets crunchy.

Our carpets do look clean when Serviced. I did explain to your technician that there is a trick to getting the pet urine stain and odor out, peroxide. Your technician advised that with a black light we would still see the pet urine stain even after your cleaning and I advised that with using peroxide, the stain and smell is completely gone. Maybe this is worth researching as a step into your treatment. Thanks.

The only complaint I have is that the technician left the fans on high. I understand why they do it to help dry the carpet faster. However because the unit is empty the fans were on high for 3-4 days. if they were left on low that would have been better.
