What our clients think of us!

Customer service is great

Our tech was very professional and carpets came out like new.

I already had to schedule another technician to come back and redo job. Started by telling me all the traffic areas would not be the same as the rest of carpet when completed. Even pointed out a specific traffic area which was under a bed and the only thing ever walking in that area would have been a cat under the bed. Previous technician did a thorough job in March and that’s why we called zerorez back out. This technician took no time and didn’t do half of what the other did and was in and out in much less time than previous tech. No booties were left, no raking of carpet was done, went they each room measuring and charged me for an additional room because room was 280 sq ft. Even though my other rooms were only a 10x10 room with furniture. The whole experience was very disappointing.

Very professional, and explained the entire process before starting
The technician was very professional and thorough

It ok

The service rep was outstanding and did a fantastic job. The tile was cleaned very well but what was impressive was how clean the grout got! Well done.

Zerorez has done are carpet several times and has done a great job. The guys are friendly and professional.

The product works. And is safe for my family.

Zerorez is the best for cleaning your carpeting without leaving any soap residue which stays in your carpet and causes your carpeting to get dirtier. I am so glad that we discovered Zerorez and will never use any other floor cleaning company. Highly recommended, great technicians that are nothing but courteous, prompt and quick.

Terrell did amazing job on our carpet and tile. He brought our carpet back to life. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend zerorez and will use them again in the future!

Fast and friendly service. Very good cleaning.

We just arrived home from the summer and were so surprised at the carpet and it’s appearance . It doesn’t look like anything was done at all . We have used you in the past and it was great . This is incredibly inferior .

Service techs did an outstanding job. Office staff interested in our satisfaction

Our tile floors are so clean. Feel much different than just mopping.

Arrived timely and the guys were very nice. We have 10+year old carpet that looked pretty bad. They did a fabulous job spot treating and cleaning them. They look great and we’ll get another couple years out of them. Thank you Zerorez!
