Very professionally done
First of all, we have used Zerorez before and we had no hesitation using the company again. However, this time the service was below our expectations. The operator whom I scheduled the service with gave me incorrect pricing for the stairway and when I brought it up to the technician, he didn't do anything about it. He just said "she didn't tell me the right price" and proceeded.
We had requested the tile to be cleaned, but the technician up-sold us to buy the seal for the tile. We thought the dark spots were because it was still wet, but three days later, the dark spots are still there. We are not satisfied with the tile service. We have cleaned the tile ourselves before and it came out a lot better.
We are simply not satisfied with this service.
The carpet cleaning lived up to its claim-the carpeting looks brand new again!!
You get my carpet clean! It dries fairly fast. The technician was great. He knew what he was doing and knew how to get my carpet clean.
I would have been more happy if the Tech. had used something to clean the edges against baseboard.
I felt like he really cared about doing a good job and getting my carpets the cleanest they could be. He was very friendly and helpful.
Price, it is incredibly expensive. While cleaning is necessary there are many other options. I choose zerorez initially for the lack of chemicals to find chemicals are used in the sealants anyway. Not sure it’s worth the extra money
