Emiliano's thorough performance &knowledge. My carpet looks amazing. High traffic spots will never be perfect, even those areas are great, thx to the extra tlc that the tech provided. Pet stained areas were also specially treated. So happy!
Come up with a fragrance or a deorderizing chemical. I understand the concept of no chemicals or soaps left behind but something to freshen the home would be great.
We have no pets but the people in the home before us did. So some of those odors still remain that unless we replaced the carpets.
Let new customers know if there are any specials going on or if they need any extra products at the time of carpet cleaning.
