Your carpet professional was very professional and courteous. He was on time and completed work at the time advised. The carpets were dry within the 8 hours and look/smell clean. Stone floors were cleaned as well and look great!
the process is the best- water only no soap.

I had my tile cleaned and they only did a few areas twice in the grout lines. I have some areas that look great because the dirt is gone and some areas that were not cleaned twice that are still dirty. They didn’t do behind the bathroom doors and it doesn’t look the other was done.

I have used ZeroRez several time and have been extremely impressed with the results. Also, the customer care is outstanding! It is easy to set up an appointment, and the office calls when the representative is on the way. They are very prompt and courteous.
My floors had a gritty and sticky residue throughout the home after tile cleaning. Not impressed and expected more.
Very good service by Robert Holt which took about 1.5 hrs to complete our carpet cleaning.We are planning to have our grout cleaned next month.

It was so easy to book a time and day on line. My carpets came out beautiful and no residue! They were soft as the day they were installed. No funny smell or the feel of soap after they were dry. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very nice and explained the products thoroughly. Very happy !
