Efficient and friendly staff
Technicians seem very capable and do a great job. The problem we had the last time was a scheduling problem. I was told when we scheduled, the apartment was from 8 to 11 am. I waited until 11 and called to see where the tech was. I was told that I our appointment was moved to 3 to 5. The person I talked to said we had been contacted as to the reschedule issue. We were not. The only contact from your company was 2 emails saying you would be here on the 11th. My wife is unable to do things for herself and means I have to get her up and ready for things. This was very inconvenient. You need better communication or we will discontinue your service.
I like cleaning with the empowered water because it is safe and it cleans and cuts through grime and grease effectively. I have been using Zerorez since 2009 and I tell all of my friends about it and they have been using Zerorez.
Best cleaning I have ever had. Your truck knew what he was doing. I will have you back again.

We arrived at our new home to find that it smelled very clean and the carpets and tile were really clean. You guys did a wonderful job for us.

Your man Vincent did an excellent job. He used a motorized brush on the carpet to loosen the dirt after initially spraying cleaner on the carpet. Nobody ever did that before. Also after spaying on the Scotch Guard on the carpet in the living room he rubbed it into the carpet with a hand held brush. Again nobody ever did that before. I don't know what you're paying him but he deserves a raise...….
The products are great and get the dirt out of either carpet or furniture. I just had two great technicians come and clean my carpet and one chair. They even got a stain out of the carpet that was worked on in Oct 2016 that looked horrible. I had to cover it with a rug. The technicians got all of the stain out and now I don't have to put a rug over that spot. I was going to purchase new carpet but now I don't have to.

Technician was very kind however when I paid 50.00 to have my room cleaned it looked the same.
The service tech was great; friendly, courteous, punctual. However, the pricing was incredibly misleading from our original quote to when he showed up. The price increased about $400 from an original quote of roughly $1000.

The high traffic areas stains didn't come out much, they cleaned them just as much as the clean spots. I figured they would scrub the problem areas more than the other areas. Also some stains re-surfaced and they are stains I could have removed myself with a carpet washer.
