Great job; courteous, punctual
Zerorez technician was very observant! He communicated excellently with me as I am states away from the carpet. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and smells. It was very important to me that the carpet return to its new condition. WELL DONE!

The technician was affable, professional, and efficient. The carpet looks greatly refreshed and I'm sure will last beyond its intended service life.
My carpet is only a year old. It is not clean at all. I paid for grout cleaning in both bathrooms. Some of it got cleaned and some didn’t. There was a piece of tape on a section of the grout that was still there after it was cleaned. So obviously it didn’t get done. I have heard great things about Zerorez and I am very disappointed.
My carpets are literally like new when these guys leave. Their professionalism and detail to the job is five star. I’m a repeat customer and they never disappoint.
