Carpets always come out clean and soft, never hard or crunchy!

Well to be honest I was quite disappointed! I was told they could get almost anything out of carpet and when the guy came we told me he tried one treatment on it and decided it wouldn't work to try anything else! And he also told me the carpet would be dry in 4 to 8 hours and 24 hours it was still wet! Which then made walking on the carpet impossible to not walk on wet! And that caused the carpet to mat more than I hoped it would! I had hoped for so much more!

The technician was polite and did a wonderful job. The method of cleaning is very effective; the carpets look like new!

It was easy to schedule and I appreciated the confirmation phone calls. The technician was right on time & very professional. I liked that he showed me how your system worked & how he knew when the rugs were clean. Will certainly use the service in the future.

Nothing I can think of. The upholstered furniture looks much better. $475 is a lot to spend on these 4 chairs & a loveseat, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Wonderful service on the phone setting up the appointment and excellent service from Joshua George who cleaned our carpet. Very informative and efficient...did a great job. We also appreciated the call informing us 15 minutes or so prior to the arrival of Joshua. Everyone was very professional.. Thank you.

I didn't think my carpet would feel hard the next day but it did. That's the only thing that I would improve.

Cleaned well and was fast

The product seems great! I purchased a used rug that is probably 20 years old and it looks new. The service was the most impressive though. I’m likely to go anywhere if the price and quality is right but when the customer service is good I’m a customer for life. The guys went above and beyond helping me take my old rug out to the garage, moving some things out of the way to fit the rug I had cleaned. they were so professional, so comfortable, I can’t say enough.

The rugs are great so clean and soft to walk on. Jim and Chris Custer talked us into doing Zerorez 2 years ago and said we would never have anyone else clean our carpets and they were right. We just hadn't called and you called us. Your technician was very friendly and efficient. Yes we will only use and recommend you for carpet cleaning.

Customer service was perfect. That is saying a lot. But within days, I have tracks back in the walk areas. It seems to be a result of residue which I thought NoRez meant no residue to catch shoe dirt.
