Zerorez never dissapoints! The technicians are always professional & courteous. Walks thru each room to verify what is needed & goes over every detail, if there are stains to be removed or pet accidents., before they begin cleaning. The cleaning treatment has a nice pleasant citrus scent. Once completed & carpets dry, there is no "crunch" or residue. The tile/grout cleaning is also phenomenal! Lifetime customer of Zerorez!

I love that my carpet looks and feels clean not harsh or rough from after being cleaned. I love the idea of cleaning my carpet without chemicals and just using water in the form it is used to clean makes the process so much better for my home and carpets.
