We were very please with our serviceman, Chris Wilde. He was outstanding! He was very friendly, conscientious, and focused on doing a very good job on our carpets and tile. This young man deserves a raise! We would definitely use Zerorez again because of the quality of work and the outcomes of our carpets and tile.

The employee sent over was very thorough, friendly and professional and the carpets looked good after the cleaning.
Make the special treatment for stains more affordable because the price of each gallon ($75) and the number of gallons required for relatively small areas (2 to 4 gallons) becomes costly and comes across as an up-sale approach by the technician
Trey was polite and knowledgeable. He didn't promise results that were unrealistic on the old carpet.

Love the feel of my carpets after they were cleaned. . . soft, not crunchy! Your technician was very polite and professional. Asked for my approval on any heavily soiled areas after he cleaned those areas.
My rug smells like dog urine. The odor did not overwhelm me until the carpet was cleaned. it is very unpleasant, especially in light of the fact that I paid extra for bacteria cleaning.

Nice to protect corners of walls but dontnthink carpet got cleaned. Missed spots on tile - don’t just do the once over but review outcome. Quoting process was difficult.
