Service was great and rugs look beautiful and dried fast.
I did not feel that the results from both the carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning was worth $500. The carpet and tile/grout don't look any different from when I cleaned it. I expected more - perhaps my expectations were too high.

Junior and David we're out yesterday to clean our carpets and tile, I would take either one of them in a heartbeat, big fans of Zerorez.
They do not use chemicals and my carpets dried really fast.
I love how fresh it smells and how terrific it all looks. Robert did a great job blending all the carpet all together with the traffic area's. It was quick and easy to set appointment. I got a call the day of service and tech was running early, so they asked if it was okay for him to come early! He showed up. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

On the carpet in two of the rooms. I don’t know if they didn’t surface til today but I’m extremely disappointed especially after paying 370.00.
