You get the job done...even if the tech doesn't think it can happen. Honest...the tech was very unsure...but after several applications on my tile...voila...the job was completed to my satisfaction...more than my satisfaction.
My technician Kyle did an excellent job. He left the carpets clean and fresh. He had older carpet looking new again. It also dried really quickly. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to a friend!

WHY IT WASN'T FOUND THE LAST FEW TIMES THE CARPET WAS CLEANED I DON'T KNOW. HE DIED THREE YEARS AGO.

Our technician “Charles Ward” was not very professional.. He was supposed to arrive at 8:20 (at least that was what the lady told me on the phone), but didn’t until 8:45 & appeared high when he came in.. He asked twice about the animals we had, so maybe he wasn’t all there. He said he had allergies from the visit before (maybe that was why he was late) & was coughing all over the place, including on my husband’s credit card when I was paying. I’m 37 weeks pregnant (why I got the carpets cleaned) & didn’t appreciate him coughing through out the apartment. He did do a decent job though & the carpets look nice. I’ll go with you again, but will make sure I request not to have him out.

The techs were above and beyond. This was our first tome using Zerorez and it was by far the best experience we have had with carpet cleaners! The techs explained everything and were very professional. The end result was the best looking carpet ever!! Thank you for outstanding service!
They stand by their work and if you aren’t happy with the job they will come back and clean it again. I appreciate companies like this!
The tech was very polite and helpful. The pre-treatment smelled nice (orange peels) and the final product with before/after comparison was great. Was worried new carpets were going to be needed, but not the case after your cleaning.

Seem to be fine. There wasn't any noticeable improvement, but maybe the carpets weren't that dirty??
I'm still waiting for my receipt. We were told it would be emailed but nothing yet. I sent an email to Cynthia requesting it also.
