This was the best rug cleaning job that we have experienced since moving here in 2004. We wish we had known about your company earlier. Trey was one of the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional technicians that we have encountered from any business we have had in our home. The service was exceptionable.
Tech was early, very nice, professional and very knowledgable! Will be using zeorez again!
There were some puddles left on the tile floors. Some fairly large. The ones that dried naturally left residue spots on the floor that then had to be mopped. A couple of spots were missed but otherwise a good job. Since we didn't have carpet I don't know how that would have dried, even in Arizona.
Love the non chemical approach to cleaning carpets!
The tech was very informative, very knowledgeable & helpful in doing his job. Very pleased with the results. I had to change my time window from 2-4 to 4-6 & the office was very helpful in rescheduling it.
Technician was nice. Not happy with being told he was 20 minutes away on the courtesy call and he showed up 49 minutes later. My wife was at home and in the process of me rushing to get home I sprained my ankle. Still recovering. Wish I could add pictures on this survey to show the pain I'm in. I wouldn't of rushed if I knew I had 49 minutes. My fault for rushing I guess
You advertise that the carpets will not be crunchy when you clean them and some areas of my carpet was crunchy when the job was completed. If you only use water, then how can the carpets be crunchy. Your service was great but not totally satisfied with the end result. Did not get what was advertised.

I have used Zerorez When I was living in Texas and that is why I used Zerorez in Phoenix again,The technician was very polite and respectable he addressed all my concerns and for what I needed done the price was spot on and just writ when I was living in Texas and I got excellent service there but I got even better service here today. Because I have a eight month old puppy he did an excellent job with the stain Removal as well as odor removal I will most definitely be calling them back in the future for any and all services that I need by them!! We have you guys for a few years now. However, the last two time the service has been below our expectation. Last year when you came it was a bad experience. However, we let it slide because the previous 3 services have been outstanding. However, on Thursday even with two people the service was not great.
What made the experience bad.
: not professional workers
: attitude, made a note they were disappointed with us not allowing them more service. Such as tile, more rooms in the home, and no furniture “ that’s how we make our money the workers said.
I think this doesn’t t come from them as much as it does with management putting “sales”
Incentives behind them.
Just pay your employees well. And let them know that encouraging extra services doesn’t impact their pay.
I’m not 100% sure I would have you come and clean our home again.
