The results were fabulous and that my carpet didn’t feel all wet and crunchy when you walked on it.
I just hear great things from John jay and rich because he has animals and there’s no Oder or crunchy carpet left behind and I have both. The smell is still there if not worse because the other 2 rooms never smelled just one room had the issue. I’m just disappointed that I paid extra for the pet disinfectant and it didn’t work. It definitely doesn’t feel like I’m walking on clouds. :(
Easy to schedule, office personnel called back when they had an earlier day and time. Trex was amazing, professional and did a great job. Will certainly use them again and recommend to my friends.
Every darkened area, every edge of carpet and one area that was pointed out to the service man and he did extra cleaning there, still has signs of a spot.

My carpet have never looked so clean! I appreciate how thorough the technician was in explaining the process and keeping me informed throughout the cleaning appointment. He also noticed I was cleaning other areas of the house and recommend the cleaning water which amazed me at how well it worked on my windows and countertop. I’m a fan for life!

Well our carpet is very stuff, dont know what he cleanded with its very hard, also he used the spray on my cloth sofa to show me how it would work and now its spotted from what ever he sprayed the area, not happy also the grass was burnt from the hot water hose he ran across our our green grass!, I always heard zerorez was very good from tv ad!! Very disappointed, pls make it right!!
It was quick and the cleaning was thorough. I like that there are no chemicals. Jennifer was so friendly and did her job well.
The carpet doesn’t look much different. Disappointed the traffic areas look the same. If after I give another carpet cleaning company a try at it, and they can’t make it look better, then you’re forgiven.

We would absolutely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family, they were absolutely 100% friendly and professional from beginning to end, and we love the results. You should vacuum the carpet before you clean it.
Our carpets were atrocious, then you guys came through and now they actually look decent.
It was cleaned well and the guy was very professional and talkative.
Just one problem, which was NOT the fault of the service person, he did a great job! The problem was, the invoice was incorrect. I was overcharged. The invoice included areas of the house that were NOT done (an office, and the hallway leading into the office). While I did have those areas cleaned about 6 months ago, I did not have those areas done this time. Looks like when the invoice was created, it was based on the work done previously and not the work done Friday, 5/11/18. My 92-year-old mother would never have questioned the bill and would have assumed it was correct and paid it. To avoid billing errors in the future, and to protect older folks from potential overpayments, it would be wise to have the service compare what appears on the invoice to the work actually done. I realize this was just an honest mistake and will continue to hire Zerorez as well as recommend the company to others.
