The prices is pretty high campared to others. I chose zerorez because we were convinced from what we'd heard on the radio and such that you were the best. After it's all done, I don't know that feeling was reinforced. I'm not saying I can even put my finger on what I would change from a service standpoint, it's just more about the price for the service. The rep we had was great! He deserves more than a 7. But the e-mail didn't ask how he did, it was if we would recommend to others.

I was charged 180.00 to clean the carpets in my car. Job that took 20 min or less. You charge 135 for three rooms and takes way more than 30 minutes. Pricing is just off! I was initially quoted 150. I went from 150 to 180.00. I sincerely feel ripped off.

I have been using your company for a few years, ever since the first time I was sold on your method. It is true that there is no soapy residue left in my carpeting since there is no soap used, only water. My white carpeting is about 9 years old and it looks practically new every time Zerorez cleans it. Even in the worn spots in front of our favorite chairs is so clean it is almost like new. I would recommend Zerorez and when you call, ask for Vincent to come out since he did an outstanding job for me.
