Joel did a very good cleaning our carpets. The heavily trafficked area is currently looking better than we'd anticipated. We hope it remains that way (at least before we dirty it again).

Service was great, except now I have a massive stain that has been expressed in my family room.
As a first time customer, I was intrigued by the simplicity of the products used ... and very pleased by the care the technician gave in protecting each doorway and hall as he proceeded from room to room as well as the furnishings in each room. Any questions I had were politely answered with eye to eye contact. Even the air smelled fresher when the job was done.
