My house still smells like dog urine. Products are usually great but his was not a good expirence.
My carpets are not clean. They were pretty bad to begin with. They need something more than what you can provide. Your service technician should keep personal opinions to himself. Things like..."I hope you're my last call. I'm tired and hungry." Because, now I am not sure if my carpets are dirty still because of the technicians incompetence or because zero rez doesn't work. The tech also mentioned how I might get out grease stains in my carpet tracked in from someone's shoes, but could not get them out while he was here. Said my carpet fibers are worn. No. They're dirty! That's the reason I called in the first place! I went through a lot of work to be ready for this, all for nothing! I won't be calling your company again. I do not wish to be contacted further.

Attention to detail
The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly so we could get our dog back inside and he also did a great job.
The carpet looks clean and stays that way alot longer than other methods/cleaners.
It is the most effective cleaning method we have tried. The staff and cleaners are friendly and professional. The only issue we had with our recent clean is that the workers blew a fuse in the bathroom outlet and didn’t let us know. It was a pretty easy fix, just a reset button, but it would be nice to know. Thanks for your professional and effective clean.
Technicians were very professional and well versed in ZeroRez method of carpet cleaning. They took time to explain each step they would be doing. They demonstrated how the cleaning was going during each step. They arrived on time and were very efficient in getting the carpets cleaned. The carpet looked very nice after it had been cleaned.

Carpet was crunchy even though I was led to believe it wouldn't be by Zerorez advertising. Carpet, however, is clean!
The service associate was great. No problems with him or his work. What I have discovered however is that the carpeting no longer has a soft inviting feel. It is stiff and harsh to the touch and underfoot. I don’t know if this is a result of the specific chemicals used, or is characteristic of the process. I don’t know if it will go away over time or not. But while the process definitely removed the dirt, the resulting feel of the fabric is unpleasant.
Simple! Your WATER and equipment do what you say it will do. We've used you on 3, maybe 4 different occasions, and the carpeting always comes out excellent; i.e. especially the hallway which, guess wh gets the most use. Be sure, when the carpet needs cleaning again guess who we will call.

I like that the process does not use harsh chemicals, that it is environmentally and pet friendly .
Zerorez is great about setting up appointments, gathering information. and keeping customer updated on arrival for service. Technicians were friendly and efficient. They did a thorough job in a timely manner. Our carpet turned out great!
