What an amazing experience. My carpets are about 6 years old and I have had them professionally cleaned only one other time (not by zerorez)
I can’t not speak more highly of the outcome and the look of my carpets. I appreciated the technician, (Austin), who made sure he answered every question I had. That evening, and this morning ,my carpets did not have that rough feeling... the rooms smelled fresh and clean and my little problem areas GONE!
Also, I scheduled a time window between 2-4 pm. I was sent reminders through text and called when the tech was on his way. He promptly rang my door bell at 2:02 PM. Love that my time was respected and of great importance.

The entire operation from start to finish is exceptional. Everyone I've dealt with is professional, personal and wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied. That is certainly refreshing today. No disappointment, we don't know anyone
One of our carpets is simply not clean. We pointed some spots out to the technicians, and they said that there was nothing that they could do to get them out. It is just generally dirty on the ends, too. Later on, we used another kind of cleaner, and they came out. However, the rug is just generally not clean at all. It is a wool area rug. Also our furniture didn't come clean either, particularly in the binding that goes around the cushions. The protective sleeves for the sidearm aren't clean either. We were very disappointed. However, the other carpets that were cleaned look like they have been cleaned and appear fine.
I don't think that the kind of cleaner that you use (although not toxic) isn't capable of cleaning the above items. We don't think that there is anything that you could do to rectify the above short of returning our money for those items.
