Most of the stains came out and the guy was super nice.

Customer service was great, everyone that I talk to was friendly and courteous. The technician explained everything that he was doing and did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. Price was exactly what they said it would be. Carpets looked and felt great, no crunchy residue.

I paid 489 for 3 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms were treated for pet urine. The rooms still reek, and you can smell it as soon as you walk in the house. The Tec, mate, said that it was guaranteed to work. It did not.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service. The 15 year old carpet turned out so well that I am able to delay replacement for another couple of years. By the way I only use Zerorez!

I have used your services at least 3-4 times. The tech is always very courteous and thorough and have generally been able to remove dirt and stains to my satisfaction. The courtesy calls are also great and the tech showed up on time.
switched and baited me on price.....quoted me high $200's on the phone and ended up fighting with zerorez about a $500s final price......
My carpets look clean and brighter
Your prices are just too high.....took the technician 3 hours to do the job The price was about $650, and that was with a 10% discount that I had to beg for! That's over $200 an hour for a job that is basically manual labor. I realize that equipment has it's costs, but I really think you need to come down substantially in your pricing. I don't know if I will use this service again, I'm sad to say, because I like the results.
Remove the stains that keep coming back. We are vacationing in MN. now but well call you when we return.
My carpet looks great and Kevin was fabulous.
The appointment availability was quick. The technician arrived on time and quickly reviewed the job. We knew that we had forgotten one area when getting the quote. The cost for the additional square footage was very reasonable, added hardly anything to the job cost.
We are very pleased with the finished job. After completion the technician once again walked the carpet areas with us, even pointed out one small stain that didn’t clean, a spot we had never noticed before.
