The majority of the carpet looks great. However it looks as though the carpet next to the doors of the rooms was not cleaned properly if at all. There was a pretty noticeable color difference in the carpet when it was cleaned, which was wonderful. However, the color and texture look darker and the texture is even different around the door jams. There are a couple of these spots that were cleaned properly, but the majority of them are not which it very disappointing considering the cost of services and the high reputation of zerorez. If zerorez would send someone out to fix this issue my recommendation would be a 10.
The technician was very professional and did a very good job. We were very pleased with his work. Unfortunately, we do not remember his name. He serviced our house on Saturday, 18 August. We will definitely recommend your company to our family and friends. And look forward to using your company again in the future.

Our Technician Joshua George was on time, Friendly, Knowledgeable and did a great job on our carpet and upholstery. Carpet was soft after it was dried. We are very pleased with ZERORZ and would recommend to everyone. I posted a pic on FB and many of my friends will be giving you a call.

Automation and customer service
Jerad was really good at explaining everything and he did a excellent job. He made my carpet look like new again. The suction and the special water cleaned my carpets better than any other carpet cleaning company. I will from now on use Zerorez. I was so impressed i bought a 32 oz bottle for my rugs. I will be telling everyone at work and where i live to use Zerorez. They are all waiting for my feed back on your carpet cleaning service. I will be calling in 6 mos to have your service clean my carpet again and request Jared if possible. Thanks made my day Jared!

The gentleman that came was very informative and helpful. He worked very hard. The carpets looked fantastic. We have used your company for a couch prior and it worked amazingly and that is why we called for the carpet and tile. It made a huge difference. The house had a high amount of cigarette smell (this was my mother's house and she smoked inside) and it reduced the smell quite a bit. Would recommend to all.
