I've had my rugs cleaned for 50 plus years and I have never had them so wet when the agent was finished. Cleaned well but that is the only good part. Will not be recommending this type of cleaning to any friends.

Hi. The young man that came the 1st time in the morning was a sad representation of your fine company. He did not do a good job cleaning our carpets, which was a big disappointment as last time we used Zerorez we were so impressed. I am glad we called and complained as the next young man that was sent out, Trey was phenomenal. He did an outstanding job and managed to literally turn our sad carpet into something that we are very happy with now.
