What our clients think of us!

No chemicals, great cleaning

My couch was dirtier, more discolored and streaky after it was cleaned. It was fixed for free and the second time it looked great. Leaves me wondering if my carpets were done badly too.

Great customer service

Professional, hard working technicians. Great job!

Our service technician

I loved that the carpets smelled fresh and looked brand new after zerorez cleaned them! The carpets were soft and not crunchy hours after the cleaning. I had visible pet stains that were so embarrassing and zerorez got them out.

Your service was performed very quickly and professionally. They were very friendly and even got out a small mark in my carpet that I forgot to tell them about. I would highly recommend this company!

The tech notion was on time and quickly took care of business. Great job, great price.

Impressive! Our tile was really bad and now it looks really good! Service tech was friendly and informative as to the steps he was taking to get my floors clean! We had tile and carpet done.
Would definitely use them again!

Joshua was greatnesses

The young man who cleaned my carpet was professional, informative and friendly. I love there was no strong odor from the cleaning.

Excellent service. Good results

Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had half of the rooms cleaned, and will be calling Zerorez to complete the rest of the house.

The process you use works really well! and your techs are awesome!

Great service, highly recommend

Carpets look fresh!

It cleans very well, dries fast. Doesn’t leave any orders. Love the fact it’s only water.

Service...Good results

We have used previously carpet and floor cleaning companies; however, Zerorez has cleaned our home the best and the carpets feel soft and left our home has a fresh smell, not a chemical odor.

Kind employees who are knowledgeable and thorough. Carpet cleaning price was reasonable, but I thought the fee to clean my headboard was a little high.

It is good that you offer both carpet and tile cleaning services. The service was very professional and efficient. Abel is a very good representative for your company. He was polite and offered good information and advice.

My carpet came out looking new and the tech was friendly and professional.

Tanner, your service representative was very professional, courteous, and honest. He did an excellent job in making our 15 year old carpeting look much better than it has in a long time.

Tanner was great answering any questions we had as well while he was there.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for an excellent carpet cleaner. We were very satisfied with the results.

I thought the service and quality of work was great, however, the additives were very overpriced and I was disappointed that corporate coupons from other areas were not honored.

Safe for pets

I can’t say enough about Zerorez! Our carpets are incredibly clean with no stiffness or chemical smell. We have an old dog who does quite a bit of damage to our carpets and everything is perfect after a Zerorez treatment. We will continue to use this company for a long time. The people are wonderful to deal with as well. I would recommend them highly!

Prompt, paid what I was quoted, the gentleman did not mind that I added a room and my carpets look beautiful! I think I’m going to try them for my grout.

Technician a sharp representative for your company.

Thank you.

The technician who worked on my house was very professional and nice! I could visibly see all the dirt coming up as he was cleaning and could instantly tell a difference in how clean the floors were. Thank you Zerorez!
