Zero Rez called to tell me the tech would be here earlier than the scheduled time but he didn’t show up for another hour. Then he argued with me over what was considered 3 rooms and went back forth about charging me the foot for my loft upstairs. I was getting the loft and 2 bedrooms done like I did the first time I used zero Rez. He finally agreed to counting the loft as a third room, but said I do not show as a returning customer. This was in fact the second time I used zero Rez. When he finally goput started it only took him 15 minutes to complete the job. Is that right ? Should it only take 15 minutes to clean 3 rooms.? There were spots left that I thought the cleaning should have picked up.
There are areas of my carpet that could have, AND should have gotten cleaner. I have had carpets cleaned before zerorez did them and those areas came out cleaner.
A little on the high side as far as price. But I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. Jr, our carpet cleaner, was very nice and helpful.
The cleaning was, cleaner than any I've ever experienced in all my 78 years. Thank you.

Customer service was fantastic! And the job was done in an hour which was even better.
Our experience with Zerorez was amazing. I truly didn't think we would be able to get a few of the stains out that we had on our carpet but they are completely gone. We were extremely impressed with the gentleman that serviced our home, he had great communication skills, was very respectful of our home and just great overall! We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future!
Always on time, do a great job, are very careful not to make a mess when done. We have had Kyle Langlois clean our carpet twice and he is so polite and does a wonderful job...

Our technician was extremely friendly, and the carpets looked much better while they were wet, but over 24 hours have passed, and they still aren’t completely dry. Several areas have dirt discoloration where they are almost dry.

Thought the grout would be cleaner.
I’ve used you before. And I don’t know if it was bc I was the last appointment of the day, but the tech was very quick compared to the last few times. The carpets did not look as clean as in the past and the were crusty when dried.
I would have given zerorez a 10 and recommended them to everyone. This time no so much.
