I felt it was very expensive - and although the technician was very nice - I had to steam mop all of my tile floors after he left to get the “dried puddle” marks up. Plus there was “mucky” residue on the tile around all of the baseboards which I had to clean by hand. I spent several hours after he left re-cleaning all of my floors.
