I have used Zerorez several times and have been extremely impressed with not only the quality of the cleaning and service, but also with the promptness of the company representatives who are doing the work. I will always give Zerorez my highest recommendation!
Technician seemed to hurry through. I wasn't happy with the results. In no time at all he was finished with 2 rooms. There was stains still on my carpet which is why I called to begin with. It was a waste of over 100.00

Price is ridiculous
I was charged more than the technician told me I would be, and I can't tell that they did anything at all to the tile. Someone is coming out tomorrow to redo the tile.

Efficiency and Results
The website was easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. I called about our areas rug and the rep found my online request, had an answer for me, and confirmed my appointment.
The crew was mindful and quick. This was the 1st time I've used a carpet cleaning company so I had lots of questions. They answered them and left us with nice clean, protected carpets. A great experience all around.
We have used a few different companies in the valley in the past which we had great results with. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it seemed over time the dirt came back easier. Almost as if there was a residue left behind. Our carpets are very high traffic and we have pets, maybe that is part of the problem. We had some pet stains we were hoping to get up and we paid extra to have that done. The employee did show me a few spots that he said may not come up all the way, but said we'd have to wait until it dryed to see. The companies we used in the past literally got everything up on 2 different occasions. My fiance had heard your ad on the radio a few times about the different way of doing things and the "zero rez" so we thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately we were extremely let down the next morning. It hardly looked clean. In the past when we had it done it was immaculate. The areas we really wanted clean didn't look clean at all. I also believe your employee caused some damage to our drywall on the bottom of our stairs as he test cleaned a few to show us what they would look like. There were chunks of drywall on the ground where it looks like he must have hit the machine. So I would not recommend your company to anyone. We also never had issues with our property getting damaged. Since I didn't catch that right away and report it to you guys I'll take that as a loss as I don't feel like creating a bigger issue. Hopefully my feedback helps and is productive, I am in a people based sales business and I believe it is important for companies to have feedback whether it be positive or negative.
Love it, no smell after, just fresh and fluffy pile. Dried in 8 hours. Wonderful job. Nathan was the best technician I've ever had. Thank you so much , my bare feet are staying clean now. Feels so good.

I requested a 2 room for $135, plus $45 each room to seal the tile. However, the technician charged me a total of $321.50. I was not happy!!!

Excellent service from first phone call to the end of the job. My beige carpet had lots of gray areas from foot traffic. When they finished my carpets now look like new.
