The service and communication were great, but the results are not what I hoped for. We had a whole house full of carpet and tile cleaned and can’t really even tell it was professionally cleaned. The grout is still just as black as it was before and the high traffic areas on the carpet don’t even look like they were touched. I knew the carpets and grout wouldn’t look like new, but I expected to be able to at least tell a difference after the cleaning.

I was called my Zeroez to tell me the technician was on his way and his approx. arrival time. Kyle arrived on time, we walked through the rooms, and throw rug, to be cleaned, and he everything done in just under 30 minutes. Everything looks great.

Parker came to the door and was very courteous and professional - he explained and asked question so he could better understand what the dirt spots came from - he started working - wasting no time and I am now sure I will be a customer for as long I need any kind of service - may it be tile on floor or bathroom - all explained by Parker and I was impressed by him and the service.
