Appointment was easy to schedule and I was notified when the service tech was on his way. The process was quick and I felt like the tech took time to ask questions about the carpet. The product they used smelled amazing, not like chemicals. Carpets look great and I don’t see any of the old stains in heavy traffic areas. Very professional and will use them again.
The technician was friendly and arrived when he said he would. The technician explained the steps in the zerorez process. My carpets look fantastic!
I was very pleased with the service. The young man (I think his name was Austin) was excellent. He was knowledgeable, good worker and very pleasant. I would like to have him again when I have the cleaning done.

Our Zerorez carpet and tile cleaning & sealing service was THE most pleasant experience we’ve ever had with a carpet and tile cleaning company. Tech was friendly and knew his stuff! Our carpets in our new place are so clean. They look brand new! They dried and were so soft and not hard or crunchy like they can sometimes get after a cleaning. Worth the money! I would recommend!
