I like the fact that the carpets were cleaned and dried quickly. The technician that came to our house was very professional and well informed of the services he was providing.

I’m sorry, but we were not happy with the finished outcome of the tile cleaning. I know the home we just bought was 10 years old and the tile and grout were very dirty. But, This Morning there was a residue and spray marks from what he sprayed to try and clean some of the grout after he put the equipment in the van. So I grabbed my swifter (I actually took a picture of what I cleaned up with just a swifter if you’d like to see it). And then I sat down and cleaned it section by section with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. I just Feel like he should have gone over it more and paid attention to the corners, behind doors and high traffic areas!

You showed up when you said you would, and there weren't any hidden fees. The technician was quick but spent enough time to get the spots out. Everything went smoothly, and the carpet looks great.

Carson arrived on time. I met him at the door and he interdouced himself. Went through the house and showed him what I had ordered. Asked how much to do the living room. Said ok. Carpet is 30 years old and did not except wonders. Carson was very thourgh in helping me to understand what needed to be done. I was very pleased the way everything turned out. Carson took his time, 2hrs. Got some stains out that I did't think he would. You have a very good employee. He is welcome in my house anytime. Thank you.

Joshua very nice and thoughtful. Disappointed with scheduler. We were told he would come between 11 and 1pm. We were not home when he arrived a little after 10. We were not home to pick up message that he would be early. Finally, the scheduler called the mobile phone told us Joshua was on our block. We broke the speed limits coming home by 10:30am. There must be a better way to communicate with your customers.

The provider that came to my house was wonderful. She went out of her way to do the best possible job.
