Chris gave us a call telling us when he would arrive and he did arrive at that time. He assessed our carpet and got to work. He was thorough and efficient, plus he is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend using them!
Our technician "Nathan" was very helpful and friendly. We had our whole home Zerores'd. There were several problem spots and he not only took the time to educate us on what spots were what but he also was very aware of the final cost and was advising us of the cost and everything. Even tho for us money was not a problem but he did let us know that it was very pricey to do pet stain extractions. We had one major Pet Stain which we had him extract and let me say "well worth the money spent" Carpets and Tile look and feel amazing.
I will be using Zerores for all my carpet cleaning needs.
If I had to give anyone any advice that has bad carpets is...Keep your expectations reasonable, This is system works but it does not perform miracles. You will notice a difference you will love the end results, but come back to reality and if your carpets are that bad maybe instead of cleaning them you should look into replacing them there is not much your technician can do if it is in the sub-flooring.

I feel the service is a little overpriced and my carpets are crunchy is many places.
Also, one of your employees seriously burned himself with hot water at your van. The other employee barely even reacted and finished his phone call before calling his boss for guidance. The guy burned the skin off of his thigh, what kind of guidance did he need? Are your employees not trained to handle work accidents?
The guy was in so much pain, and there was no way to use your van without putting all of the equipment away, so I drove him to urgent care.
Very efficient and polite person who cleaned the carpeting. Neighbor asked if my sister had gotten new carpeting!! Looked really good when finished!
Price... $129.00 for a 14x15 living room 3x6 hallway and around the king size bed that takes less than hour and use my water is ridiculus. You pay the tech $20 (and we always tip the guy) and the company makes $109 for less than hour. All living room furniture was moved. Bedroom area was less than 20 square feet, hall 18 square feet.the tech is great,process is great but I'd to afford you twice a year but can't... And worse yet... Won't. Thank you
