my carpet is clean
Tiles were cleaned just over a week ago. We understand that yes, some spots have become worn since the tile was installed with the new home build in 2015, but there are a number of other large areas that don’t seem to have worn/damaged grout but have not shown cosmetic improvement that make it difficult to find the value in the services provided.
I think the solution that Zerorez suggested to use to get pet odors out of the concrete is a good idea. The cost is to expensive and certainly not worth the cost on carpet that is 12 yrs. old. I didn't purchase the home new, I wouldn't have put in such cheap carpet and pad.
I'm guessing that it is a requirement for all your employees to ask the customer if they would be interested in something like that. Other than that I'm happy with the service that I received.
Safe for pets and children, EASY clean-up after cleaning. Entire staff is professional and friendly.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and one rooms carpet was bad but they still worked with it and it came out great super glad we heard of zerorez and have the greatest deals...gonna do the rest of the house when we have the time!!

Charge reasonable for extra charges
I always feel Zerorez works on my carpets better than all the others.
Your technicians have always been courteous, professional, and polite. They are very accommodating and leave my home in perfect condition.
The only complaint I have is that why was I being charged $45 a room when it says in your ad that it's $84 for 3 rooms and even if you charge me on the 4th room a full $45 is still would have come out to the price that I was charged for 192 I don't think that's right at all because my complaint is not with Chris who did the carpet and did a wonderful job and he was very polite and explained everything he was doing my complaint is with office you should always everybody should get the the best rate possible don't you think wouldn't you want your daughter to have that thank you for your attention in this matter
Technician lefts marks on our baseboards in several rooms from the metal cleaning wand. He was definitely in a hurry, the last technician that came out roughly a year ago was way more thorough and careful.
Not sure if your cleaning processes have changed but prior technician came out sprayed carpet, ran a machine over carpet to scrub and then used his wand to suction up dirt and water. This technician sprayed and then used the wand. Not sure why one would scrub the carpet and the next not.
Chris came out to clean two rooms of carpet for me. One room had heavy traffic areas, but was expensive newer carpet, so I was hoping it would clean up pretty well. The room with the older carpet and my area rug came out just fine. The newer carpet didn't turn out so great with just the Zerorez system, unfortunately. I had another company come out the next day to reclean that room for me and they were able to do a much better job getting the dirt our of the high traffic areas. I would say that Zerorez is ok for carpeting that isn't that dirty, but if you need really aggressive cleaning, you probably need some cleaning agents and more than just hot water. I was charged more than quoted over the phone for the area rug because Chris thought it was wool. I asked what the difference is in the procedure for cleaning a wool rug versus a synthetic rug and Chris replied the procedure was the same but that he had to charge more because the rug was wool. This doesn't make sense to me. I want to mention that Chris was very polite and professional.
On time, friendly cleaner, fair prices.
We have been using Zerorez for many years now and always have an exceptional cleaning result. Out carpets are 20 yrs old but look like new. In fact we just sold our home and the new buyers were impressed with the condition of the carpeting. Always prompt and courteous service.
I was very impressed with the time it took to clean my carpet. I was on a time crunch and though I never said anything, my carpet was done in a jiffy.
Zerorez has in almost 20 years, never disappointed me. I can count on my carpets to look their best whenever you leave my home. I've had numerous people ask me who I use because my carpets look so good all the time despite two children (grown now) and two dogs (now gone) over the years. I'll never use anyone else. I like how soaps and heavy chemicals are eliminated from the cleaning process. Keep up the fabulous work Zerorez!!
All though the technician had a problem with the equipment in the van, he promptly went back and retrieved a working system and did the work fast and efficient. I have no complaints.
