After my carpet dried there was still a spot and smell in one area. I called to ask if someone could come out to clean it one more time. The customer service rep and the manager told me over the phone that it would be an additional $150 to come back out. I paid $200 to have 3 rooms cleaned, which included additional treatment on my carpets for spots from our puppy. I’m disappointed that the only solution offered to finish this job and actually clean my carpet was to charge me more.
I had been happy with the quality and service I’ve received from Zerorez in the past. I clean my carpets annually. I also talked with my tech yesterday about cleaning our tile, with a plan to schedule that in the near future.
With the lack of service and solutions offered from your customer service department, I will find another company.

Charles was very professional, friendly and fast. He arrived a little early (which was fine with us) and went to work. He explained what he was going to do before he started and kept us informed with each and every step.
We both really liked him and will go back the next time we need carpet cleaning.

Tile Floor job. Grout looked great. Tile was left with TOTAL RESIDUE everywhere. Huge pools of water left on floor 3 beach towels worth( in 600 sqft). This is by far the worst cleaning I have ever seen.
Your technician, Mike, restored our carpets from many years of accumulating dilapidation in just a couple of hours. Well done.

I thought your guys did a very good job, but I was told to wait until today for the grout to clear up. There are several spots in the kitchen that are still dark and the 3 ft by 3 ft area that comes into the house I don't believe they did at all, but they said they would come back if necessary.
Prices need to match better.

Over 24 hours later, it's still wet, crunchy and with worse stains than before. For the "massive " cleaning my carpets needed, he was in and out of here in less than 2 hours. For $714, he just dumped enzymes on the stains and made them worse. I don't ever want to see this tech again.
