The service technicians were very professional and courteous. Arrival time was right on. They reviewed the estimate that I was given over the phone, and there were no hidden charges. They always wore booties over their shoes the whole time they were in the house. My carpet looks 100% better than it did before the cleaning! This is the 3rd time Zerorez had cleaned my carpets and I highly recommend them!

From the start, technicians (Rob and Jessie) were on time and greeted a friendly greeting at the door. They came in and looked at the job and asked some questions about the areas and some of the spots seen. They explained what they were doing and got to work. I appreciated the corners of the walls being covered by a guard to protect them from the hoses rubbing. I am very happy with the results. We will use them again in the future.

It does not destroy my carpet.

When I have had carpets cleaned they always put little plastic between carpet and furniture. Always moved my furniture... I will decide how well I like it after walking on it a while..

Include more attention to MILD STAINS (not pet stains) without charging additional fees. Why do we have to pay extra for MILD stains, it should be imcluded in basic price. PS, Thank you VERY MUCH for reducing price of job because truck broke down and they came outside of time scheduled. Both guys VERY nice and polite.

Well there were many spots that did not come clean. Seems like the technicians went WAY too fast. They also left their booties in random locations throughout the house.

I appreciate the phone call message from customer service yesterday. I posted feedback on google as requested.
I was surprised that 4 rooms, a 20 ft hallway, and stairs were all completed (in and out) in an hour. So I tested the entry ways (where carpet meets tile) while they were here and some parts of it were completely dry (not even damp), then I rubbed one of your white towels across these areas and the parts that were wet came back with brown (not black - so some what clean). So I asked them to please re-do them. He did but made a joke that extra work would mean an extra $75 - I'm usually good with humor, but as a first-time customer first impressions are huge and I was not amused. My bill was $309 and to me that was excessive for the amount of effort that was put in but the 'work' was done.
After they left I went upstairs to view the rest of the project and found the same problem with the entry to the bathroom and the edges of the rooms. I took a picture of dirt and objects still on the floor and was very upset that the only piece of moveable furniture that I left in the room was a chair with wooden legs that they set directly back on the 'wet' carpet without any protection.
I selected your company with much higher expectations of service and was quite let down. There is no need to return as I have cleaned it myself and replaced the furniture.

Tip: for first time customers who come to you for chemical-free, high-end service if (when I asked) what do you use on the carpet, they would have shown me the products they were going to use, and a sample of the water - before and after - so that i could see that the 'special water' was actually cleaning. That would have built trust. Sadly, now I have none.

Online I selected the first time of the day. When the girl called she said 10 to 12 slot. Then the crew had a problem at their first stop and never showed up until 11:30. Not a good first impression. They should have called to let me know what was going on. I am pleased with the softness of the carpet however.

The two gentlemen who came were on time, polite, professional and did an outstanding job on my carpets.

I chose Zerorez because of the chemical free clean & the amazing before/after pics. The only thing I had hoped was that the carpet would be more fluffed, but I probably just misunderstood the process. My high traffic areas are cleaner, but still kinda flattened. I thought they'd be brushed, or something like that.

The gentlemen did a fantastic job; they listened to my concerns and worked accordingly. They were sensitive to the pet soil a family members dog left behind and assured me their process would leave me highly satisfied. So far, so good! Please extend my many thanks to them, again.
