Prices were clear and fair. Scheduling was easy, and there was plenty of communication to keep me advised of the status and arrival time. The cleaning process itself is amazing and cleaned my carpets to the best I have ever seen them. The crew that showed up, Aaron and Jarred if I recall correctly, were courteous, efficient, and very personable. The carpets had no crunchiness to them, and I like that there was no chemicals to be worried about. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their services, and will user them again in the future.

Our carpet look great! Love that no soap is used to clean, therefore no film or residue to attract dirt. The grout cleaned up nicely as well, looks new!

The product is great. Right away, I could tell my carpet was cleaner and fresher. My technician, Joshua was great! He was full of information and very friendly.

I had to call and schedule a redo, which is this Friday. Once the carpet dried, there are several spots still on the carpet, which should have come out. This is the second time in a row I have had someone come back after the initial cleaning.

The engineer who cleaned my upholstery was on time, very pleasant & efficient. The entire cleaning of 2 side chairs, 2 love seats & a large sofa only took one and a half hours & very clean. I am anxious to have the carpet cleaned too.
