Did great job of cleaning the carpets. On time. Professional. Reasonable price. Good value.

We had all of our carpets cleaned on April 6th. I went into surgery the day before and recuperated for the next 8 - 10 weeks at home from removal of 7" of my Colon. we noticed the spots in 2 areas coming back, but because of the situation we didn't report it for quite some time, believing we had a 90 day warranty regarding this. You offered US a discount to redo the one room where this happened and explained that you warranty spot removal for 30 days only, which I don't believe was explained to my wife, while I was recovering in the hospital. The price for the one room with a 10% discount was $80.00. The technician did very well, BUT NOW WE'LL WATCH THE STAIN AREA VERY CLOSELY IN THE NEXT 28 DAYS TO MAKE SURE THAT IT ISN'T COMING BACK AGAIN!!!

Advertised price was very different after all the other fees were added.
Not happy about additional fees for different cleaning options,I’m getting my carpets cleaned,guess what, their dusty,not dirty. What is the advertised 3 rooms of carpets cleaned price for?
Someone that has new carpet? FYI, my carpets were only 1 year old. Just felt a little mis led.
