We have used Zerorez for several years now. We have found that Zerorez is every bit as effective as the chemical cleaners that are out there and much safer for the household. The technicians are very knowledgeable about their process as well as caring for our carpets. We also do not feel that they try to upsell on their visits, which we find pleasing.
The dark spots were gone, until the carpet dried, and then THEY WERE BACK❗️🤬
He did a great job in a timely manner. The 2 hour window was nice, instead of waiting around half a day. He also got out an old ugly stain.
The end result was amazing. After many tries with other carpet cleaning firms, our carpets look fresh and new. No residue is a big plus. Your associates were knowledgeable and courteous.

The service was great but after the carpets dried in the one front bedroom there is a musty odor in the room. This was not there prior to the cleaning.

The person who did the service was very polite and helpful. And my floor were pretty bad but I was hoping to see a more even clean on the floor. I found areas where the dirt was partially lifted and I’ve been going back scrubbing them to lift the dirt up. I was hoping I didn’t have to do this after having it professionally cleaned. I guess I had higher expectations on how my grout will look.
Technician was very careful to keep hoses away from baseboards. His uniform was clean and he explained in detail what he was doing
Very pleased. Some pretreat liquid spilled on travertine floor. I called and a technician is scheduled to take care of stained spots where pretreat dripped.
The fact that it feels and looks clean instantly. NO chemicals is a huge deal for our dogs.

Back off on the sales when already declined, when cleaning an area rug clean up the water pooled around it and when cleaning tile get the corners.

Our service tech was awesome! Can we request him for future cleaning? Our tile looks fabulous! After seeing the results we realize how bad it was! The urine smell was not eradicated from the carpet unfortunately. The product he used didn't neutralize the bacteria like he stated, but all in all was great experience.
