From the moment I called to set appointment to the service rep leaving my home, service and products top notch!
Tyrrell was very professional, very very nice. He told me what he was doing. Felt very very secure with him here. I would recommend him to officers I used to work for. He deserves a raise, extra atta boy or something for the out standing work . he can come out here for my furniture in the future. Thk you....
The carpet looked incredibly clean and there was no soap or steam smell left. The carpet dried fast and is not the least bit "crunchy".
The technicians were on time, neat ,professional yet friendly. They obviously knew the product and thoroughly explained what they would be doing and what to expect after the job was complete. They got right to work and didn't waste any time .
I would recommend Zerorez and Dillon and Jesse without a doubt.

I have used Zerorez since you first started in Arizona. I would use no other company. Also use your water in the spray bottle for glass, carpet spots, spots on cloth (like chocolate ice cream) - works like a charm. So, as always the service was courteous, swift and left me with two beautiful carpeted rooms. Thank you, Zerorez, once again.
Angela arrived on time and explained the process she would be using. She then completed the job and I’ve never been happier with the way all turned out. I will definitely use this company again.
Trey was awesome. I’m not living in the house where he cleaned my carpets and he kept in touch with me during the entire process. He texted me pictures and was just really concerned about getting it right. Highly recommend.
The technician was really nice and did a nice job. However for the three rooms of carpet that I had done some of the carpeted area wasn't even cleaned... I didn't notice it till after the tech left. The carpets look nice but, I am not sure it was worth the 138 for the 3 rooms... esp since one area didn't even get cleaned. I am not one to complain and I went with zerorez since I've heard nothing but, amazing things... however I guess I was just expecting more for all the hype.
I will say though that my carpet technician was super friendly and very nice and you don't find many like this anymore so that was nice.
The rep quoted me a.price over $500 when the last time I paid $329. Then he said he would do it for that price. I had previously told him I was not doing the stairs and had to ask for a price reduction. He was not happy.
You guys could have had a long term customer. I was going to ask for a quote do some upholstery, but I did not trust him.
I will not be calling back.
Keep your equipment in good working order so they don't break down. The first time we had Zerorez clean our carpet we were very excited. The carpet looked so good - fresh and clean. For that reason we called them recently to do our carpet again. This time the carpet was not as dirty and after the cleaning did not look as clean. There was a shadowy area in the living room so I called and they sent the truck out to do a retouch job. This time the equipment broke down and the service guy had to do it by hand which seemed to take as long as it did for the first cleaning (not good)! The area still does not look as clean as it should or before we had it cleaned. Also, we couldn't pay the day he came to clean because his phone was not working and he couldn't take our credit card (it came via email later that day). All in all it is hard for me to recommend a cleaning company when I'm not that satisfied with the job done.

Had great service from Hayden and Chase. Very courteous. Carpet looks great! We will continue to use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning needs.

Contrary to your company name, there was actually quite a bit of crusty residue left behind. Also, the tech hurried through our home and miraculously finished everything in 90 minutes. To me, that signifies that the work was rushed and not much care or consideration was paid to doing a thorough job of cleaning these carpets. I also did not appreciate the added charge imposed upon us after I clearly stated how many rooms were to be cleaned. I will definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone that I know.
