some spots not well cleaned

Hi, I was disappointed because the technician did not follow my requests. We run a business, and I had requested that we have the service done at 4:00 pm when we close. Your company called and asked if they could come early, and I agreed as long as we could start in the back of the store as not to disrupt business.

Despite my instructions, the technician still wanted to start cleaning the carpet in the front of the store while customers where present. The noise was difficult to tolerate, and my customers could not hear me very well. After your technician came to the dispensing table, and asked me AND the customers to move so he could clean the carpet, they left. I believe I lost a sale due to this inconsideration on his part.

I am happy with prompt service, willingness to bill our company, and the quality of the work. However, please ask your techs to be more sensitive to our business needs. thanks, First name removed

No harmful chemicals, professional, timely service with little down time. Cleaned 5 rooms 2 runners in less than an hour.

My carpet is 15 years old and I was about to give up on it until your team came out and cleaned it. My husband and I were so impressed on how amazing it looked and felt that we are putting off the new carpet and going to use Zerorez 2 times a year to keep it looking nice until we can decide on a new style for our home. Seemed to work

For whatever reason i had to call & inquire about the tardiness of my appointment scheduled between 2-5. i called at 5 & was told the server would arrive soon & I was given a reduction in price. Although the server did his job, I was again disappointed that the area rug he cleaned was not as clean as I had hoped. The floors tile was very clean. The rug was outside and left to dry overnight. As promised I did not have water residue but I wasn't as happy about the rug result. The server was polite and worked efficiently but I was hoping for a better result on the rug.

Carpet is very clean and is like new ... good customer service with a smile and friendly. Can get it done at less than a weeks request.

I would give a ten because the tech who came out did a fantastic job, but it is a little disappointing that the price you advertise does not include the environmental fee. The price you advertise should be what I expect to pay -- period.

What sold me, is that once my carpets were dry, they felt completely natural, unlike typical carpet cleaning services that leave your carpet feeling "crunchy"

I liked that the carpet was soft and dry when we got home, and the stains were gone!

My floors (tile and carpet) look awesome. My living room chair wasn't cleaned completely though.

Nice outcome with carpet; effective cleaning

The carpet dried with brown water looking stains all over the whole room. Don't know why. We used you for the first time a couple months ago and the cleaning turned out great. The only reason we had the room cleaned again so soon was that a cup of coffee spilled and we wanted that cleaned up. I even have noticed today, 30 hours later, the carpet were all the browning going on is still wet. A technician is coming back on Thursday, 7/5, to see if it can be fixed. I sure hope so because it is worse then before you worked on it and looks really bad.

Good price and I like the empowered water. I know my pets are safe and the house is clean.

Great outcome, clean carpets, and customer service was superb! I appreciated the reminder call 2 days in advance, the call when technician was on the way, prompt arrival, and professional demeanor while cleaning done. Very impressive.

Was a little dubious about the Zero residue. Both gentleman were professional and arrived on time.
They did a great job on carpet stairs and rugs. Very pleased with how clean the rugs and carpet

The product is great! Have had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rez but I have never had such excellent results as this one!! A young gentleman named Chris was our tech. He has high inner work standards, great inner personal relationship skills and is an outstanding representative for your company!! I would love for him to always be "our tech"!! Beautiful job, best one ever!!!!

Your workers are very personable and professional. The cleaning equipment is not big and bulky and did a great job. A friend said,"It looks like you got new carpet." The workers were attentive to the fact that I have two cats and didn't want them ducking out the door. The cats inspected the job later that day and one even waited a whole 24 hours before he threw up on the carpet. *sigh* Glad I got the Scotch Guard. .

I love how clean my carpets get but I wish you would quit telling people that it dries in 4-6 hours. It takes at least 10 !!! Thx
