I was really impressed with the technician. He took the time to explain all my options and the cost for each option. He also explained what he was doing and the results I could expect from it. He talked to me about the water that could be purchase. I was skeptical so he let me try a sample. I was sold. My windows have never been easier to wash. No streaks. It is amazing. I spent the next couple of hours cleaning mirrors, chrome, etc. I also had a spot on my patio furniture. I have tried everything to get it out. I had given up. I sprayed some of your water on the spot, let it soak for a few minutes, wiped it up with a rag and it’s gone. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and your water.

I've not even considered another carpet cleaning service since I first had Zerorez many years ago. Clean carpets do not have to be stiff and uncomfortable to walk on barefooted. And your service men are prompt, efficient and pleasant.

It was time for my carpets to be cleaned and Zerorez does a good job. I like the fact that there is no crunchy residue left after cleaning. And the carpet dries within hours and not days.
The cleaning guy came as promised and worked tirelessly for nearly two hours. He was clean and polite.
My only concern was that I was asked to sign a blank screen on his phone. No explanation for what I was signing. That was a red flag and I won't do that again. Turns out, my signature was agreeing to the cleaning guy's notes on my carpet, which I discovered when I received the email with my receipt.

The gentleman that cleaned my rug explained everything to me before he started. My run looks brand new and it is over 15 years old. I was very happy with the service and have already told a few friends about the service.
They weren't even here for an hour. They did 4 rooms and it cost us $175. That was with a 10% new customer discount. The carpets didn't get as clean as I liked. My daughter crawls around now and I will probably go with another company that my family is recommending. They are cheeper and they do a better job I guess. I really thought you guys would have been better. I don't like that the technicians don't move any furniture whatsoever either. My husband had to work and it was just 2 females lifting and moving heavy stuff out of the way. Very disappointed.

Tom got here on time and was very professional about how he went about cleaning the rugs. He also informed me that one of the spots I had might come back if it had soaked through to he padding. It was a water spot near a plant that leaked.
