There are still spots on my carpet which is just over 2 years old. The carpet feels crusty and looks like it's been smashed down instead of fluffed up like it should look after getting cleaned professionally. Less than 24 hours after carpet was cleaned I vacuumed the two areas that your tech did and got a bunch of dirt and dog hair in my vacuum canister... Less than a full day after I expect to get almost no dirt from the carpets!!

Good service no residue
The tech always shows up on time, and is always friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. My floors are always clean afterwards without smelling wet, and the stains stay away.

The products themselves are safe and chemical free. My carpet looked brand new after your technician cleaned it. He was professional and did a fantastic job. There was no dirty spots to be found and I love the chemical free cleaning.
Manuel took time to read the fabric content of the chairs to be cleaned. Even the citrus stain came out and there was no bulking, or staining of the fabric. The tile and grout look brand new. I don't know what 'empowered' water is, but it has been safe for my cat's paws and it leaves no chemical smell.
