There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies out there and have used several of them over the years. Zerorez definitely delivered. The technician, Dylan Parnell, was very courteous, professional and performed quality workmanship.

Carpet Would be a Whole lot cleaner if the vacuum-water removal stage was taken seriously and slowly. Don't your trucks have the ability to do that? Strong enough suction? Seems last couple techs just did a quick job of water removal. HATE THAT YOU CHARGE A FULL ROOM PRICE TO CLEAN A VERY SMALL AREA OF THAT ROOM. You are not cleaning a 12 x 15 room. Just a very small strip (1/4th) of it. Then nickel & dime me for anything extra.
My carpets look better than before, but still spots of stains that were not removed. I heard so much promotion in the radio about the company, that I had higher expectations.

The products work so well! I purchased a kit with the empowered water. I have a slider door & my dogs slobber all over it. It is incredibly difficult to clean & I've tried everything! This cuts right through it! I'm amazed.

Austin was the tech on this job. He was polite, explained everything up front, confirmed the price I was quoted over the phone and made an extra effort to make sure we both had the same expectations. He was excellent.
Carpets look great and there was no oder upon completion of process. Work was completed in a timely manner. The technition was very professional and arrived within the time frame I was given.
Great work at a reasonable cost
I wish I could remember my cleaner's name, but he was able to get out stains in the carpet this time without discoloring the carpet, which has happened twice in the past with Zerorez. He was very polite and efficient. I love that there is not the crunchy feeling and that it is more natural than other services.
My only complaint is that your computer system isn't connecting my name or address to my account. I've never moved. He thought I was a new customer and after I just had my carpet cleaned this weekend I got an email this morning saying it had been over a year and I should set up a cleaning.

This was the second time I have used Zerorez and I have been very happy with the outcome each time. I really like how they scrub the carpet first, I think that’s makes a big difference. I have used another cleaning service in the past and they never did anything like that. The carpet feels soft after it dries, not stiff. Joshua was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. He was informative and very thorough and I appreciate that. I get our carpets done twice a year and I plan on having Zerorez come again. Thank you :)

Tech did not leave the booties he talked about. He was very friendly and professional. Worked hard and efficiently.
High traffic areas are still visible but overall carpets are cleaner and soft. I was surprised when I was told a 4 to 8 hours dry time. I thought Zerorez used less water and had a short dry time.
