Left spots of residue from spot treatment (?). Didnt use the brush as part of the 3 step cleaning process. Having to take additional time out of my schedule to have the issue rectified.

I was so lucky to get Patrick as my Zerorez tech. My carpets are old and tired, I doubted they would get very clean. Using the $125.00 three room special w/ added environmental fee came to 139.99. I chose the family room, bedroom and guest bedroom. The three rooms I chose had heavy traffic areas. Patrick walked each room with me before he started. I showed him the worst areas, and the ghost of spots I tried to remove, the fibers just laid flat. He explained the Zerorez process. After each room was thoroughly cleaned he showed me the results. The carpets were fluffy, clean and almost as good as new. Each room smelled fresh.I was beyond pleased with the results. Patrick did a great job. Because Zerorez uses no soap or detergents there is no crunchy feel. My carpets relinquished dirt ground deep in the weave and pad that other carpet cleaning companies left behind to re-attract dirt. Worth the price because it really works!
The service we received from our tech, Troy Wagner was exceptional. This was his second visit to our home to clean the carpets. He arrived right as scheduled, did a through job, attended to small details while working, was cheerful, polite and friendly during the entire time. Would definitely request Troy again and recommend him and Zerorez. Thanks!!

The gentleman forgot something, had to have another truck bring the machine. Then said were ready and then another one of their machines would not work, had to have another truck bring them another machine. What should have been 1 hour took 3
