In a word: simple. Everything from making the reservation online until the tech was done was such an easy process. The carpet and tile look great, so we are very happy...thank you!

The good news:

The gentleman that came to my house was wonderful! He had a fabulous attitude and did a great job explaining everything to me and the carpets look terrific.

The bad news:

I completely feel like there was a bait and switch with the price. I ended up paying more than double what I was quoted of the phone. Why do they even gave phone quotes? The process seemed like a scam.

I had quite a few carpet companies give me a quote, most but not all, more expensive, I went with zerorez not only for the price, I had a recommendation from a friend.

The problem is I just can’t get over this feeling I have been had. I’m really not interested in doing business with a company that I feel misrepresented themselves.

I'm happy with the cleaning results. Susan answered my questions when I called. Manuel was on time, efficient and very personable. When I need my rugs or upholstery cleaned again, I would like him to do the work.

The carpet was spotless and the tech was so nice, courteous and helpful!

The tech was quick and did a check of the areas and gave a quote for pet stain treatment. He was in and out of our home in under an hour. He showed up several hours earlier than we requested. The carpets took a while to dry and they were crunchy/stiff. The stains are already reappearing after 2 weeks.

I was trul impressed with the procedure, as the soapless process left the dry carpet after cleaning to be extremely soft like new carpet.

I had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. The specialist moved quickly, was very respectful of my home and showed me where the problem spots were. I highly recommended their services. My pet urine spots are gone! I was so worried we would need to replace the carpets and they are good as new after Zerorez cleaned them!

Love Zerorez! The technicians are always professional and thorough. My carpets are clean and fresh and there is no chemical smell or residue! I won't use another company, ever!

Should focus on offering repeat customers more discounted offers instead of them paying full price as a first time customer.

Our technical was very friendly and explained everything well. After everything dried I noticed several spots that didn't look really clean. I don't know if that was because she did a sealer on the tile then mopped over it or what. That would be my only criticism.

The job was quickly done and done well. Joel did excellent work...and when I offered him a $10 tip, he told me kindly that Zerorez employees do not accept tips, but thank you anyway.

Altogether, it was a great service and a good, honest servant.

It's a matter of perceived value. The work was Ok. We had to remind the crew they forgot to do a room as they were packing up and ready to go. High traffic areas were done so so. We had 2 couches done and they looked nice. Also a good job on the tile. We paid over 700.00 for the service, Still seems quite high to me. Crew of 2 was here maybe 2 hours or a bit longer. Thought 500.00 dollars for what we got would have been more than fair.
We have been happy in the past with your service, but likely will look around a bit next time. Your company is moving out of our price range.

Professional service people. Show up when they say they will. Call ahead, do great, conscientious work and are personable.

I should’ve called sooner, normally everything is great and we love your service. The first two rooms that we’re done we’re good. Then the technician said he needed to drain his water tank into my cleanouts. They were not able to find my cleanouts so they brought their hose all the way through into my master bedroom bathroom.

First of all this is unacceptable I’m not responsible for giving them space to drain their tank. Aren’t you a professional business?. Their hose leaked the gray water onto the floor they cleaned it up but they missed a puddle in the main room that they brought the hose through. The floor was concrete so we cleaned it up. But I think as a result of them being concerned about how much water was going into the tank they rushed the last room. It’s really not as good as it should’ve been. The guy sprayed some stuff on the carpet in the master bedroom to help with whatever might’ve spilled there. The technician was excellent! Did an excellent job on a very dirty carpet. I needed to have it done ASAP and that need was met! Will recommend to everyone!
