The cleaning method is great. No excess water or squishy carpets. I had an area rug cleaned that is at least 9 years old and it looks literally brand new. Also a living room chair and ottoman which had stains is completely clean. Extremely satisfied with service!

You definitely cleaned my carpets. They were just really wet when the gentleman left.
Mike and ruben did an excellent job. Mike was very knowledgeable and addressed each spot i was concerned about! My problem room took around 3 hours to complete and they worked diligently to get all the spots out. They even got slime out of the carpet (impressed)!!!

First, the booking process is extremely simple; the two hour service window is pretty reasonable. The day of my appointment, I was called an hour early by Zerorez to see if it was okay for the technician to come early. I was free and he showed up ten minutes later. The technician, Nathan Stafford, introduced himself and asked to come inside. Extremely polite and he had fantastic customer service throughout the entire appointment. He offered a few upgrades because of the condition my carpet was in however was never pushy or "cars salesman" like. Carpets cleaned great and the area's with fans dried up in only a few hours! The hallways where there is limited air flow/lack of fans are still drying but no big deal. They look great! I would highly recommend Zerorez again!
MY WHOLE HOUSE SMELLED BETTER, THEY GOT UP STAINS THAT I THOUGHT WERE NOT CLEANABLE.
There is no chemical smell. My floors look great! Drying time was shorter than I expected. Brandon did a really good job.
