this was prob the worst Zrez experience I've had. Tech was not very friendly, did not put corner protectors down and seemed to rush thru the cleaning. Carpets did come out ok. Maybe he was having a bad day or it was me????
They got out big stains that have been there for years. We were going to get new carpet but now we can hold off.

My first time using zerorez. Tech did a great job! I believe its been 2 weeks since I had my carpet done and can still feel the difference that it was cleaned. Tech was courteous and did a great job cleaning carpet, very professional. Definitely will refer Zerorez

The spots on our carpet now look twice the size and worse than they did before. Iām not sure how that happened but we even paid an extra $125 for additional ācleaning liquidā. Weāre disappointed and wonāt be using zero Rez again. I donāt know if cleaning them again would help. Iād appreciate some feedback please. Thank you

Asked for the special $111 for 3 rooms, after having you out 2 x within a year for a 4 lb dog pee area dog doesnāt live there visits house intermitently so not a major problem on previous 2 visits never said it was necessary to treat added $40 at one visit prior. This visit upsold my elderly parents from $111 to $430 the rooms are very small itās a guest house!! I could replace the carpet at this rate!!! Will never use your service again! Used your service for years at my previous 5k square foot residence with 5 kids and NEVER paid that much! So disappointed!

Aaron was super nice and did a great job on my momās carpets. There were pet stains and he was able to remove them. Carpets look like new again!
Andrew, our tech, was the best ever - knowledgeable, focused and meticulously thorough throughout. He was very well organized and restored the carpet in every room to look almost like new! We were really impressed, so much so, that we delayed putting the furniture back on the floor for two days, just so we could admire the fresh new look. Our carpets have never looked better! Thank you Andrew! You served us well . . . .
