I like the idea of not having chemicals in my carpet to attract dirt after it has been cleaned. There is no guarantee that the others have successfully cleaned the soap out of the carpets.

She was able to cite professional opinions and worked well and diligently to stay on time without me feeling rushed or stressed. (I hope you give her an allowance for her phone as well since she has to use it for business and I don’t think it should be expected since it is a business expense). Thank you. Quick and efficient

I had moved most things off the carpets to be cleaned, but had some easy to move things like a desk chair stil on the carpet. The cleaner made no effort to move it. He could have just asked me to and I would have but he didn’t clean that small area of carpet.

Your product does not work.

I have had Zerorez before and this time the carpet did not come as clean as I wished. I brought this to the attention on the technician and he did not seem too interested in coming up with a reasonable solution. I think I will try another company next time.

Carpets look great, house smells fresh

There is a residue on the floors and in all the creases of the base boards. I might give a different review once this issue is resolved.

So easy to schedule (and reschedule). Kept us informed, showed up on time. Steve was knowledgable, thorough and very nice. Wanted to tip him but very impressed that you don't accept tips.
