I left a message and none called me back. I then called and spoke with someone that said the manager would call me. Again never received a call. We have used this company before but will never again. I cant believe that someone would not even call me back ridiculous and not customer service oriented in anyway. Very disappointed!
Friendly service and the process dries faster than other carpet cleaning methods.
Technician was on time, did a thorough job. Our floors and room rugs feel amazing! He explained what he was going to do and gave us our price before he started.

A lot of the stains in the carpet were removed. The pet treatment was great I can now let my grandkids walk barefoot in my home.
Tech Dylan Parnell was very determined to clean old carpets that were very dirty. He was helpful in explaining what was necessary to obtain a good result.
Carpet cleaning was fine but I had 3 bar stools cleaned and the results were marginal. I would not recommend furniture cleaning by Zerorez.
I paid $300 dollars to have my carpets cleaned. The service was here for 90min, and today ... (they were cleaned on Tuesday afternoon, so not even 3 full days later I ran my spot cleaner over 2 very small areas and got the same filthy gross water I got before they were cleaned. The odor I was trying to get rid of may actually be worse and I have no sense that my carpets are actually clean. I offered to pay more for additional treatments ... and I ended up paying almost double the ‘base’ price. I was clear on what was important to me and while
I don’t expect perfect It would be great to have at least a sense of improvement. I have photos of the water I just pulled out of my carpet. It’s disgusting.

Chris was very professional and got the job done rather quickly! My unit was by no means easily accessible, however, chris was up for the challenge and got the job done.
Techs are helpful, ambitious, and thorough...good workers. Carpets look terrific even though they are 12 years old.
