Workman were very friendly and on time! Unfortunately their truck broke down but they got another truck out here quickly and finished the job. I am extremely pleased with how clean my carpet looks.

One thing. We have a credit and the cleaner did not have this information so we were charged and not given the credit. The person I set appointment with was informed of this.

I really liked how my carpets turned out, however when our cleaner left, I realized that he had not moved the ottoman and there were some stains behind it. Also, we have a tall bar top table and the carpet wasn't wet anywhere under the table or chairs. These were all in the same room that I paid to have cleaned.
We have been using your company for many years but this was the best job we have had. We would like to thank the tech for a job well done.
We were very happy with the service Paul provided. He took the time to explain everything and our carpets and tile looked very good when he was finished.

There was an issue with scheduling. My bar stools aren’t clean nor is my rug. I was overcharged by $126.00. Overall it wasn’t worth the money. I would have preferred to spend double and get my items clean.
