I like that you don't use shampoos, afterwards the carpet did not feel crunchy at all, and while there was a concern about odors from prior pet stains, there doesn't seem to be an odor.
Our carpet was only 12 months old when we had it cleaned and well maintained. So the service tech had an easy job with our carpet he was only here about 30 minutes from the time he pulled up to the time he pulled out. The carpets do look very nice just like new. The real test will be to see the carpet stay as clean the next year as they stayed the first year. Very happy so far, however Zerorez is the most expensive carpet cleaning company in town.
The company called when they said they would to confirm my appointment. Then the day of, I got a call letting me know our technician was on his way. He was courteous and thorough! My carpets look great and the house smells even better! He was able to treat our cat urin stains as well!

Service was great. On time and the floors looked great. The quote was half of what the total bill was, but I didn't realize I had 3 oversized rooms. Great service and would recommend.
